CPA Rate
Everyone starts off with a default $0.40 CPA rate. You can negotiate for better rates at any time. To contact us : Login to your account (or signup again) click on Help Center > Business Inquiry > CPA or email to (with subject `Sf: CPA-Program`) to:

Valid Referrals
All your referrals will be screen for valid referrals when you request for a withdrawal, and you will only get paid for valid referrals. Valid referrals is defined as a valid person that does not fall in click-fraud.

Disclaimer against all fraud
Don't try to commit fraud, as we will double check the server logs before making payment. If you are caught click-fraud, cheating or other means of inflating the referrals using manual or auto ( example but not limited to: robot, software, script, auto-clicker, auto-signup, war-dialers, war-bots), you will be given one chance to explain yourself. Depending on the severity of the case we can choose (not limited to) opt to pay a reduced fee, opt not to pay any outstanding amounts, or ask you to pay back any amounts we have paid you so far, or take legal action against you, or blacklist you from all our games and companies that knows us.

Disclaimer against websites
We just pay for referrals and is not in anyway related or responsible for content on websites our ads appear. If there is any legal issues (ex: piracy, warez, terrorist) contact the website not us. We may have to provide all emails correspondence related to the website (if any) as evidence in court if we were to receive a court order from the country of Malaysia.

Disclaimer against narutal disasters
If in any event of natural disaster and man-made disaster (terrorist attacks) were to disturb our operations there may be slight delay in payment or communications. If the severity of the disaster is high (ex: volcano, major earthquake, terrorist attacks or tidal wave strikes our office) there will be a longer delay.

Definations
Advertising is defined by Google (one of the biggest online advertising presence in the internet) as advertisers paying for clicks or referrals from publishers to get traffic of visitors that may be interested in their product. Click fraud is defined again by Google as publishers fraudulently (attempting to cheat) increasing the number of clicks or referrals by any means including usage of robot, software to getting a group of friends to click; in which this traffic of visitors has absolutely no interest in the advertisers products in the first place.
