We have adjusted the stack spam penalty, thanks to your help.

Now
stack1 > 90% ship pr ; -60%
stack1 > 80% ship pr ; -50%
stack1 > 70% ship pr ; -40%
stack1 > 60% ship pr ; -30%
stack1 > 50% ship pr ; -25%
stack1 > 40% ship pr ; -20%

Before
stack1 > 90% ship pr ; -50%
stack1 > 80% ship pr ; -40%
stack1 > 70% ship pr ; -30%
stack1 > 60% ship pr ; -26%
stack1 > 50% ship pr ; -24%
stack1 > 40% ship pr ; -22%

Note: Stack spam penalty only effects the 1st stack (the spam)

Current list of potential issues:

* Low rank suiciders (addressed)
* Effects on slower speed servers

A number of players has highlighted that something should be done to reduce suiciders and stack-spammers in relation to the -SD effect. I am looking at it, int he mean time please feel free to post your ideas/suggestions, this will greatly help speed up the process of us rectifying this.

Btw it takes way too long for me+admin to sort out useful ideas from junk, therefore i have removed non-related post & whine. i would like to thank `Zyxdo, morebtcspls, GhostofJ, SilentDeath, Vigi` for highlighting a couple of potential problems

Thanks to the feedback from players, we have updated the attacking rules:

* Suicide will no longer qualify for attack bonus (ex: attack bonus is given if you are attacking someone stronger)
* Suicide (weapon bonus) | now: attacker +110%, defender +140% . . | . . before: attacker +100%, defender +120%
* Retal (weapon bonus) | now: attacker +10%, defender 0% . . | . . before: attacker +0%, defender +5%
* Planet tax reduced by 10% (from 20 points to 18 points )

Decimal Point

We have added a decimal point system to our planetary SD (system defense). As you all know, the planetary system levels would be better balanced IF there were a decimal point involved. For instance, we have made it so that SD increase by 0.1 per lvl for Sol systems. This allows us to move SD gradually rather than `bouncing`.

Example:
Non-Decimal: 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2
Decimal: 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2, 2.2

In theory this would allow us to better balance the planetary levels and to give it more incen

The manual gets updated in small bits when I see something wrong, and then change it. Other than that, it just stays the same.

86day(s) ago i do understand that many other ideas comes from players from RT therefore i invite any ideas on how to improve SD on slower game speed. it would be good if we were to receive more ideas and suggestions from players from slower game speed like hourly or daily

Now add these changes
The possibility of better UW changes stopped me from going into long term VM`s
But alas nothing has come from that and i cannot see anything good coming for daily and hourly

Retals are really imba now.. you can pretty much hit from max with a spam and expect to win provided they dont have overly strong flankers and really defensive op

for instance my Mintaka has:
0 on housing
-80 on the rest

manual sais mintaka has
100 on housing
20 on the rest

SD has changed as well
and other systems have SD changes and minor other things

Uh the planet modifiers haven`t changed... not sure where you are getting that they have changed somewhere.

machine i know but the different system benefits haven`t changed like mintaka is -80 on all but tax,... whilst in guide it should be a positive number,... so either i bought my mintaka to soon or it hasn`t changed,...and for SD well you can`t exactly say that if you do -18% to SD you don`t get that number,... and in manual the SD should have dropped more

metamorphyse, these updates already took place. look at someone`s SD and you`ll see that you won`t find 68% at the players who have 9 parths/mintakas/acherons as outers

I have been looking at the manual,... and it looks as if the updated systems have less SD,... will this mean that the -18% on SD is removed or when are these system updates going to take place

Why should amount of vassals determine anything

SD at the moment is low making it easier for suisides so if people have less than a number of planets why doesn`t SD go negative?

Are you saying the low planet suicider should have negative SD
what difference does that make to a player that has no interest in deffending the planets he has
and low emp trying to start up should have negative SD too ?

Daroth, just an extra project fo people that have a high vassal level,... (i`ve playeed hourly and daily)... what needs to be done is the amount of systems need to determine the SD decrease,... but for instance on daily the decrease is less than on hourly,. and hourly is less than rt.

first and craziest thougth that popped up in my brain...maybe you could create a special, free, project only available for every player on daily and hourly giving say an extra 5% SD?

I only play daily. As far as I know the aim of the game is to do the Overmind Project. To do that you need to give away 5 million planets (Hektar Project). This is a mammoth task for any player and takes months/years of dedication to the game to achieve. Now what do you do? You reduce system defence to make it easier for opponents to break mains and capture/destroy those hard-earned planets. Don`t tell me you can get them back because, in daily anyway, there are not many players with millions of planets and the vast majority of attacks on mains are done by losers, i.e. suis whose only pleasure in the game is to spoil other players fun.

well to save hourly stephen its going to take something unique that that server only has.. in reality its the slowest server in turn regen and everything.. so idk maybe some kind of kick start package for joining hourly with in a certain time span... this just came to my mind but maybe for 3 days if you join hourly you start out with 100 infra if u join with a new account and for existing accounts a 5-10% increase in infra they already have? because i know if ppl already had the infra they needed to be able to support a fleet and be able to make money that they will want ot play it.. its just an idea ha maybe others can add on to it
